FUSO NexGen Tech Inc. ("the Company") has established the following policy regarding the handling of personal information, and is committed to the appropriate handling of personal information entrusted to us by our customers.
When handling personal information (defined as information that allows for identification of a specific individual; the same shall apply hereinafter), the Company will act in compliance with Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information, other laws and regulations concerning the protection of personal information, guidelines issued by competent ministers, and the Policy.
The Company will handle personal information only to the extent necessary to fulfill any purposes of use which have been specified in advance, except in cases where we have obtained the prior consent of the individual concerned or where permitted by law.
The Company will endeavor to acquire personal information only after clearly indicating in advance the purpose(s) of use, the scope of joint users, contact information for inquiries, and other necessary information, and after obtaining the consent of the person concerned.
The Company will endeavor to keep the personal information we receive accurate and up-to-date within the scope of the purpose(s) of use, and will take necessary and appropriate security control measures in line with current technical standards to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, falsification, loss, damage, etc., and will make corrections as necessary.
The Company reserves the right to outsource the handling of personal information entrusted to us to third parties to the extent necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) of use. These third parties will be selected after confirming that they have adequate security standards for handling personal information, and will be supervised as necessary and appropriate through contracts and other means.
The Company will not provide personal information to third parties without the consent of the person concerned, except as permitted by law.
The Company will appropriately address feedback and inquiries received regarding the disclosure, correction, suspension of use (introduction of products and services), deletion, and other handling of personal information, in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations. The Company, in order to properly handle personal information entrusted to us, will strive to continuously strengthen and improve our internal systems, including review of the Policy, by appointing a person responsible for the management of personal information, developing and updating internal rules, educating officers and employees, and conducting appropriate internal audits.
